It was only a matter of time before the solutions would be made publicly available, and now is a good time for the release because it is between major academic sessions for most schools in the northern hemisphere. The solutions manual is a 187 page document composed by the author. It is available from this link. Please note that the solutions are based on the original BUGS programs, but the recommended recent versions of the programs are in JAGS.
